A complex and challenging project in terms of planning and execution, the purpose of which is to extend the red line of the light rail in Jerusalem from Henrietta Sold Street to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital.
At the beginning of the route on Henrietta Sold Street, through the Ora intersection, retaining walls of various types were planned in an area of approximately 10,000 square meters. Later, the route runs on the side of the mountain parallel to Route 396, a section characterized by a complex construction of retaining walls in an area of approximately 8,000 square meters and on light rail bridges in a total area of approximately 3,600 square meters. The end of the route is at the Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital complex. Within this urban and dense complex, retaining walls were designed in an area of approximately 4,000 square meters, an underpass for pedestrians, pedestrian bridges and a bridge A light rail in an area of about 3,600 square meters that connects to the hospital building.
