Rechasim Tunnel

Highway 6 North

Three sections of a pair of tunnels for the Route 6 expansion from Ein Tut Interchange toward Somech Junction. The tunnels are located under open fields, at a depth of 1–15 from the entrance. The tota d their individual width ranges from 15 to 18 meters each (net width). The project also includes additional structures such as fluted shaft portals, connecting emergency tunnels, technical rooms, retaining walls (approximately 4,000 m2), and more.
