Shlomo Liberman - Founder & Joint Managing Director

With more than 40 years' experience in designing and running complex projects in the civil-engineering, construction, and geotechnical industries, Shlomo also acts as the chairman of regulatory committees of retaining walls and reinforced soil walls ,Serves as a member of the expert regulatory team in three committees in the field of bridging and Devised the general intergovernmental specification for pre-stressed concrete. 




Amir Stern (M.Sc) - Joint Managing Director

Amir has over 20 years' experience in designing structures and bridges  in local and overseas projects, and specializes in designing bridges and pathways including bridges consisting of precast pre-stressed elements, extended bridges cast in situ, and pre-stressed by a different method, incremental bridges by the launching method, various types of bridge reconstruction and more.

Additionally, Amir was spearheading complex tunneling projects by the "Cut and Cover" Method, including near Modiin railway station, he works for Tel Aviv's light-rail system, as well as retaining walls. 




Meiri Avishur(M.Sc) - Partner

Meiri has 15 years' experience in designing complex bridges in local and overseas projects, and has a wealth of experience in unique static calculations with the use of advanced software and projects' management. Meiri was also in charge of designing a 400m long tunnel at a width of 40m, made of pre-stressed concrete for Road 471 project Makabit and an incremental bridge by using the "Balanced Canteliver Method", with a 100m span and a total length of 240m overseas. 




 Ragina Minkin (M.Sc) Senior Team Leader

With over 35 years' experience in designing structures and bridges in the civil-engineering industry, Regina specialized in designing bridges and pathways, including bridges with pre-stressed precast elements, extended bridges cast in situ and post-tensioned by a different method, incremental bridges by the launching method, designing a large number of bridges on Road 6, Road 431, and roads for Israel Railways.





Tamir Lavidor - Team Leader

Tamir has over 20 years of knowledge and experience in designing structures that include complex bridges made of pre-stressed concrete and retaining walls. Tamir was in charge of designing unique projects in Jerusalem, including the bridge of Road 1 North, with piers measuring 30m high, bridges and retaining walls integrated with arches on Begin Intersection, as well as retaining walls at Road 431, and bridges as part as a grade separation for Israel Railways. 




Arkadi Malis - Team Leader

With knowledge and experience of over 16 years in designing and coordinating large-scale projects of road structures. He also designed reinforced soil retaining walls, soil-nail walls, sheet pile walls with ground anchors. Arkadi also took part in designing sheet pile walls measuring 20m high with soil nails on Road 471, slurry sheet pile walls with ground anchors at Ayalon Highways, designing reinforced soil retaining walls by the Sapir Method measuring over 15m in Maale Adumim.





Moria Dvir(M.Sc) - Team Leader

With over 8 years' experience in designing structures and bridges in the civil-engineering industry, Moria specialized in designing various types of bridges, including designing tunnels and underground passageways. She took part in administering and designing a tunnel with the use of the TBM method, at a length of 3km in the A1 route to Jerusalem. She also designed a bridge 200m long over the Woji River in Nigeria, including designing supervision for an incremental bridge by the Balanced Canteliver Method in Monrovia, Liberia. 



Meron Tilo - Team Leader

With 11 years' experience in designing structures from reinforced concrete, retaining walls from reinforced soil and soil nails, pre-stressed ground anchors, steels structures, bridges made of pre-stressed concrete and steel. Meron was also in charge of designing four multi-story structures in Russia, pre-stressed beams bridges in Georgia, two pedestrian bridges made of steel in Moscow and projects at the scope of over 100,000m2 of various retaining walls in Israel and abroad. 




Gil Manor(M.Sc) -  Team Leader

With a 9-year experience in designing structures made of reinforced concrete, multi-story structures, public buildings and bridges made of pre-stressed concrete, Gil has specialized in designing complex structures made of reinforced concrete and steel. During his work in our company, he designed bridges made of pre-tensioned beams, retaining walls, and an underground parking lot in Jerusalem at an area of 60,000m2, near the International Convention Center, and Hauma Station. During his work in other designing offices, Gil was in charge of designing a hospital, shopping centers/malls, as well as multi-story structures in Israel and abroad.




Tzahi Ohev Shalom - Team Leader

With four years of experience in designing structures made of reinforced concrete, bridges made of pre-stressed concrete and retaining walls, Tzahi has also designed the Boho Bridge as part of the Yad Mordechai Netivot railway line, bridges and retaining walls as part of extension works for Jerusalem's light-rail system.
